I ordered this drink because it was recommended.
To be honest, it is very good.
The aroma before drinking is not that great.
From the first sip to the last, there is a great pressure of umami wrapped in the sweetness of the rice. I am sorry to say this, but you can drink it like a juice.
It was a quick one gou of sake that best matched the spiciness of the wasabi and the fatiness of the sashimi I was currently eating.
I don't know how much it costs for 4 gou, but if it costs 3k, I would stock up on it.
