ジョセフィンHere is the second drink. Again, I didn't get a picture of the bottle. Paired with sushi. The conger eel is fluffy and delicious.
The elegant aroma and mild flavor of junmai go well with sushi.
It is very smooth on the palate and never gets boring. ジョセフィンA dry sake with a sharp and crisp aftertaste, while retaining the umami of rice that is typical of junmai sake.
Pair it with seared nodoguro (sea bream), steamed nodoguro (sea bream), grilled eel, or sashimi of sea bream or chutoro (medium fatty tuna). The food was too delicious.
