After Corona, soba noodles and sake have become a staple at Laughing Hishi every time I go to work. This time's sake is Boushi Shimaya. It has a thick and delicious taste. It was not good in the past, but now it is good. There is no miscellaneous taste unlike the old days. It is a point.
