Personal preference 3.6/5 Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 15 Sake degree +4 I liked the atmosphere so much the last time I was here that I came back again! Today's sake is from Kuranosuke Sasaki's family. It's very light and dry, just like a sake from Kyoto! The only thing is that the alcohol content is +4, so it's not that harsh. The alcohol content is also very easy to drink! I'd like to be a drunk! Tomorrow I want to go to Nishimura Sake Shop, so I will get up early! Thanks for the drink!

Good evening, Mr. Ponchan! Sorry for the late reply!!! I'm sorry for the delay 😭 It's a popular bar kind of place, but if you want to drink slowly, I think you can drink at a reasonable price. By the way, I didn't get any alcohol lol.

Personal preference 3.4/5 Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15~16 Sake degree 8 Acidity 1.4 I had some work in Kyoto, so we had a party at Hanakin. There was a bottle of "Jyushiyo" but unfortunately it was out of stock... So this time, I chose the super dry sake from the East Rikishi. The sweetness of the rice is immediately cut off, and a refreshing and clear dryness comes in a little by little! It is dry and dry, but not so dry as to be super dry. The potato salad with Worcestershire sauce is delicious! However, I don't think it went well with this sake. Thank you very much!
