I had some work in Kyoto, so we had a party at Hanakin.
There was a bottle of "Jyushiyo" but unfortunately it was out of stock...
So this time, I chose the super dry sake from the East Rikishi.
The sweetness of the rice is immediately cut off, and a refreshing and clear dryness comes in a little by little!
It is dry and dry, but not so dry as to be super dry.
The potato salad with Worcestershire sauce is delicious!
However, I don't think it went well with this sake.
