FangyooI drank three sakes on this day, namely Seiyuu Senju and this Kuroyū Daiginjo. If you compare it to the Miramai Daiginjo that I had recently, this can be considered a Daiginjo. But the Miramai is really fragrant, and this one is only moderate. FangyooThis pure rice sake actually has 50% fine rice brew! It's very pure and flawless, without any typical ginjo aroma, but really a sake with a very premium body. I like it very, very much. FangyooVery fragrant, with micro bubbles. Quite tasty.
