Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo Kozuru Okosu from Hamada Corporation, Yamagata Prefecture. It was sold at Don Quijote for 900 yen. The aroma was fruity, but the taste was strong and the rice flavor was strong. It is more assertive than I expected.
A canned bottle of Kouzen Nyosui. Even in a can, it is stable and refreshing, just like water. It is a gentle sake with a gorgeous aroma and a mild taste.
Junmai Daiginjo from Kyoto Kyohime Shuzo. Purchased at Donki for less than 1,000 yen. It was awarded the highest gold medal in the "Delicious Sake in a Wineglass 2021" competition. With a rice polishing ratio of 45, it was a high-cost sake with a sweet rice flavor and a refreshing taste.
