After a long time of studying Ehime local sake, my engine is fired up. We change the location a bit and review Ehime local sake at a restaurant with delicious mackerel sashimi.
The brewery is famous in Ehime, Imabari.
From the first aroma, you can feel the ginjo aroma from the gun. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the elegant and mellow flavor of rice. It is like a junmai ginjo. A model. The mackerel is delicious and so is the sake. Both of them assert themselves well, so clearly I made a mistake in my choice.
