The gasiness is not so bad.
Slightly sweet green melon with a hint of alcohol on top.
The same aroma as the top rise, with a fruity aroma mixed with the aroma of rice, a slight umami and sweetness of rice, and soft acidity, which spreads with a pizzazz and a slight spiciness of alcohol and an assertive bitterness, and then it quickly goes downhill.
With its gaseous, moderately sweet and slightly bitter taste, it can be drunk neatly and goes well with a meal or as a stand-alone sake.
It went well with Tokachi-style pork rice bowl, kombu-majime hamachi from Kagoshima, normal sashimi, Eniwa corn with butter and soy sauce, and tofu salad.
