Hachinohe Sake Brewery has two factories, one in Hachinohe and the other in Goto. Goto's Donburi, which goes on sale in summer, is made at the Goto factory, while Sanno's Donburi, which goes on sale in winter, is made at the Hachinohe factory.
There is no factory in Sanno, by the way🙄.
This will be the first summer Donbeli 🍶.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of sourness from the rice.
The mouthfeel has a milky rice sweetness with a hint of acidity.
It is very milky because it is well strained.
