Aroma of rice? An aroma reminiscent of a crisp, dry sake.
When I drank it, it was sharp and dry (laugh). I couldn't help but laugh at the gap between it and Jyushiyo.
Even if you eat a sweet snack, it is very hot. Even boiled komatsuna vegetables were very hot. I can't help it (laugh).
I think it should be paired with salted fish or oshinko, or other traditional snacks. It is rare to have such a spicy sake, so it is a rare sake. It's just like the jacket says, it's like a good old-fashioned sake.

I was surprised by the lineup, which was too good, so I decided to try this one that I haven't had for a long time. I was surprised to see this one that I haven't seen for a long time. It just came in today, and I'm super lucky because it's usually in the main round.
It's still very sweet and tangy. It also has a sourness that makes it easy to drink by itself. Dangerous sake (lol)
You can choose your own container. I chose Nosaku without hesitation.
The sweetness of the date tempura was so strong that it changed the taste of the drink, so I had some chicken with kimchi to refresh my taste buds. It was the best.
