Here it comes! Nishinomiya Kurakai 2025 This was the second week of "Nishinomiya Kuraka 2025" and this time it was Shiraga. There were a lot of people in the hall, including those who were making cedar balls and playing the "bant" music. We immediately lined up to sample three types of sake. Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Junmai Mochi 4-step Nama-shu Junmai Daiginjo Chennenju As expected of Shiraga. All are delicious! Mochi Shidan Bishikomi, a freshly pressed new sake, is a limited edition sake that will be on sale soon. It was made by multiplying mochi rice at the end. It was refreshing, but had a soft and round impression. We also tasted a sake called "New Hakushika Labo. This sake was developed by young staff members. It tasted like a sweet dessert wine. It was a very enjoyable event!

Good morning, Pekkar 😀. I was looking forward to the second week! Shiroshika is nice. The freshly squeezed new sake is a four-step brewed with mochi rice The new shiboritate is made from mochi rice with a four-stage brewing process. It is made in the same way as the "Romain" series of Hanazumi Shuzo in Aizu. I'm sure it will be a good one 😋.

Shiroshika Storehouse Opening: Part 1 🌾. It was very crowded and included tasting on the way. It was so crowded that the limited sake and snacks were sold out including sake tasting, and snacks were sold out 😲. It was a fun time ✨ Memorandum of Understanding Alcohol content: 14 to 15 degrees Celsius Ingredients: Rice, domestic rice Koji, domestic rice Polishing ratio: Rice - 65%, Kake rice - 70%. Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Gorgeous aroma of freshly squeezed sake. Slightly sweet, but with a firm and Deep flavor Very soft on the throat ✨ Delicious 🍶. Photo 4. What character? There were many young women pointing their cameras at me. So I took a shot too!

It was the first time in three years that the brewery was open. There was a great crowd 💦. Of the four kinds of sake I tasted, I found the "Shiboritate Shinjozo Honjozo Mochi 4-step brewing" to be the juiciest and most delicious. The "Yamadanishiki 12 Year Aged" that I bought back home I bought a bottle of "Yamada-Nishiki 12 Year Aged Sake", which I felt was not ready for me. On the way home, I bought "Sake Kasu Cream Cheese" at the Shiroshika Classic store and it was the best cream cheese I've ever tasted 😊. I am looking forward to the next two brewery openings this month........
