It was the first time in three years that the brewery was open. There was a great crowd 💦. Of the four kinds of sake I tasted, I found the "Shiboritate Shinjozo Honjozo Mochi 4-step brewing" to be the juiciest and most delicious. The "Yamadanishiki 12 Year Aged" that I bought back home I bought a bottle of "Yamada-Nishiki 12 Year Aged Sake", which I felt was not ready for me. On the way home, I bought "Sake Kasu Cream Cheese" at the Shiroshika Classic store and it was the best cream cheese I've ever tasted 😊. I am looking forward to the next two brewery openings this month........
