They have a good selection of sake.
This time, I bought Saku Hiyayogoshi, my friend's choice.
It is a dry sake with a thick and umami flavor.
We had it with sea bream and raw oysters purchased at Isshiki Sakana Market in Nishio.
Mmmm. I've been drinking only sweet sake recently, but this is good. It made me think that dry sake is also possible. It is very tasty and goes well with sashimi!
But maybe I still like the sweet taste. LOL!
