The taste of rice is taken away by the gas as it dries out the rice and the texture is mashy and coarse.
It was near room temperature while I was cleaning, but it was delicious with fried horse mackerel 😋.
Thanks to my cousin for running out to buy it even though it's not my favorite type 😊.
We took the ferry from Nagasaki to Amakusa and stopped by the Amakusa Sonar brewery near the port ⚓.
This is another hard-to-find sake, but I found it at a souvenir store along the national highway 🍹.
