The Nabeshima lineup is always great ✨.
I chose the Yamadanishiki Special Junmai 🍶.
It has a delicious balance of sweet and sour with a little bit of gas.
It rained on and off due to the typhoon 🌀☔.
It was so hot and humid that I couldn't resist shaved ice 🍧 apple cinnamon
And I bought coffee beans at my usual store in Yokohama ☕
Next weekend I want to go to the Northern Alps, so I'm hoping for good weather... さむちKawazu cherry blossoms in Izu
Blooming was much delayed, but it bloomed beautifully again this year.
On the way home, I visited a liquor store that stocks Nabeshima for the first time.

I think they have almost all kinds.
They also have Daishinshu.

I'm an Oumachi fan, and I can't get enough of this one.
Fresh fruit aroma, dry at first? The umami quickly follows.
The beautiful umami and acidity are well balanced (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧.
