The aroma of this brew is very strong. The taste is what you'd expect from the aroma, but it's much cleaner than you'd expect. Sweet and bitter. When paired with stewed pork, it is crisp, spicy and delicious. I've finally found a sake from Okinawa 😆 and the rest is Miyazaki🤔.

Dark, chocolate-like aroma🍫, with a sense of maturity. It has a sweet sourness and spiciness afterwards. It is a good match with blue cheese 🧀 taro gratin👍.

Not much aroma? I thought it wasn't much, but it was gorgeous in the mouth✨melon mature banana🍌 and tangy. The best match with Spanish mackerel marinated in sake kasu, chicken liver and hatsunnikomi👍.
