The aroma is clean and Refreshing and long-lasting flavor It is the best sake to pair with food. I would be very happy if I could drink this at home. It goes perfectly with the seafood and vegetables grilled on a ceramic plate. I drank up the leek and egg soup to finish off the meal!

Soft fruity aroma Sweet and sour white grape-like flavor The sweet, sour and spicy flavors are all mildly balanced. The fruit extract was both refreshing and rich. A sake that would be memorable if encountered on a trip! Seasonal vegetables from Yamagata and We had it with beef tataki and angel prawns!

I still want to drink Jyushiyo when I come to Yamagata😅😅😅 Yamagata limited edition Jyushiyo local label Kuronawa 🍶. Packed in May this year It's alky, but you don't feel like an alcoholic at all. Elegant sweetness and deep umami 😋. It is a deep sake with depth from the first sip to the aftertaste. It makes you feel happy 🥰. Seasonal vegetables from Yamagata Gassan bamboo shoots harvested around Mt. Unique flavor and crispy texture So delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. Best just grilled 😚😚🤤. Try it with a dash of seasoning and a dash of Boost! Then a bite of the black rope! I love it! ... ... . . ... Ascension😇

Jyushidai Super Special, Storage Aged Banshu Yamada Nishiki This May The aroma is like pineapple and muscat 🍇. Slightly smooth in the mouth. Slightly dark sweetness, but not sticky. Full rice flavor continues. It is hard to believe that this is an aged sake. Gorgeous flavor with a mellow, umami mouthfeel, typical of Jyushidai! This flavor is exceptional after all 😌. I'll only ask for one more drink tonight. The small dishes keep coming out... Too many to post! Many brands of sake posted right in front of the restaurant! I knew I would ask for this when I found it, and it's a draft sake 🍶! It's sweeter than the Winter Canon I mentioned earlier! The fruity taste is light. Hot dishes, local vegetables, seafood, and mushroom soup 🍄 to top it off! We enjoyed a total of 8 dishes and delicious Yamagata sake 😋! It hasn't snowed yet, but it's getting colder and colder in Yamagata! knowledge This is a special honjozo sake (unblended) from Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of "Jyushidai". The mellow aroma and crisp taste of this new sake are second to none. It is a "genuine local sake" only available in Yamagata Prefecture, where the traditional techniques of the brewery's 380-plus years in business are still alive. After finishing work near Yamagata Station, I wanted to find somewhere to have dinner. A friend of mine had introduced me to a good buckwheat noodle restaurant near the station, and when I walked there, I found that the restaurant opened at 6:00 p.m.! I was so hungry that I decided to save this buckwheat noodle restaurant for next time and went to a nearby izakaya (Japanese-style bar). This restaurant was introduced to me by a friend of mine who works for the prefectural office and is a junior at the university. Please come to the counter. I decided to have a local sake with my dinner course 🍶. From the name, I chose this one. I knew I ordered this last time too! The taste is very gentle. A little sweet ginjo-shu! The small dishes kept coming out! I think Yamagata cuisine goes well with sake these days! Knowledge Ingredient Rice Miyamanishiki Alcohol content 16 Rice polishing ratio 55 Sake degree +2 Acidity 1.4 Winter Canon"... The name "Winter Canon" was inspired by the baroque music "Canon" in the hope that people will enjoy the beautiful melody of ginjo-shu. It has a gentle aroma with a hint of soft aroma like butter cheese and white grapes. It is characterized by harmonious acidity, sweetness and umami.
