The most specious of the three types of sake, Ona. When I checked my post on Sake-no-wa, I found that I have had a surprisingly large number of opportunities to drink it, and this is my 7th time! But this is the first time for me to drink this blue-green label. Compared to the first two, I thought it would be fruity and deliciously sweet, but it is also dry! My impression is that it is more mild than the other two. Eating was the main course of the day! Soy milk nabe and many more dishes! I asked for udon noodles at the end of the meal! I didn't know about this dish! My wife said it was a little more like sudon than udon! After dessert, we had the usual yonaki soba (buckwheat noodles) at Kyoritsu Resort! The inn also served its own soup yakisoba, a famous dish in the Shiobara area. I shared half of it with my wife and we were already down for the day. ⤵️ I took an open-air bath in the room and felt dreamy. My wife gave me her consent to return tomorrow to get the Higashi rikishi, Houou Mida Aikoku, so I was able to sleep well (_ _). O○. knowledge The sake name "Ona" comes from a sentence written on the front label: "Handmade sake nurtured by the bounty of the great Nasu land. Next time, let's go for special junmai! I thought it was my first time to drink Asahi Koh, but I don't remember where the first time was, and the second time was at Sendai Ami. A little unfamiliar brand! Although it was labeled as dry, it was the most acidic of the three. When I compared the labels of all three types of sake, I found that they were all made by a sake brewery in Ohtawara City, Tochigi Prefecture. There were also Ten-Taka and Kyokko in the list of sake breweries in Nasu, which we found at a roadside station on the way to the restaurant. Since we promote taking annual leave, I took a weekday off to drive 🛣️ with my wife to Nasu Shiobara, Tochigi Prefecture. We usually don't get off on weekdays, so we checked in early and took it easy. We enjoyed the hot spring and were invited to dinner starting at 20:00🍲. Sake from the northern part of Tochigi Prefecture is available for selection! I thought one sake was a bit too much for one kind. If there is a three-drink comparison, I'll take this one. Since the main dish of the day was the food! Tenryaka, Kyokko, and Ona! First, the first retro-labeled Tenryo! It has a unique taste, but it is light and dry! We started with appetizers and sashimi.
