Timeline
いーじーI purchased this sake at the beginning of the year in Shizuoka, where my grandmother is located, and left it there.
Tenhiki is not often seen outside Shizuoka Prefecture, and was recommended to me by a liquor store clerk.
It is highly rare.
Cold sake.
Medium dry, with an impressive complexity of acidity and sweetness.
The aftertaste is refreshing and lingering.
After the second sip, the complexity is gone and it is easier to drink.
Suitable for mid-level sake drinkers. きっしーToday we're going to upload a slightly geeky label for a moe sake.
This label is a liquor store original!
The owner of Suzuki Sake Store is a bit of a geek, and his love is poured into this label.
I was so excited by the Nipako character that I bought it (lol).
I'll keep this bottle forever (laughs).
When I opened the bottle, I checked the aroma. It doesn't have much of an aroma, it smells like an old fashioned sake.
When you take a sip, a slight sweetness spreads in your mouth, but after that it's not fruity, it's more on the mellow side.
For better or worse, it has the base of a sake.
There is a little bitterness and the sourness is not that strong. You can't deny the unique alcoholic feeling of ALZOE.
Today is Nabe, so I drank it with Nabe. It tastes as good as the nabe. I think it is good as a sake for a meal, not as a single item. last戌神丶I'm sure I'll have to come to Shizuoka from now on (laughs) きっしーToday we have a bottle of one of Shizuoka's most famous sakes, "Garyubai", not so rare but with a different label!
That's right, the nerdy manager of the Suzuki Sake Shop, asked an illustrator to create an original illustration for this particular bottle! It's a wonderful moe sake (laughs)
Now, when you open the bottle, the melon-type ginjo aroma tickles your nose.
On the palate, the alcohol feeling is a bit strong but not bad. It's a typical Shizuoka sake that is by no means sweet. This is an easy sake to match with food. Today I had sashimi of warasa, stir-fried vegetables and chilled tofu! You can match it with stir-fried vegetables too. Yup.
Yes. tkmtsGood evening, Mr. Kitchee🌛
I think it takes a little courage to buy moe sake and bring it home
It takes a bit of courage to buy and bring home 😆.
It's not just a moe type, it's a type that accompanies your food😄. きっしーLast Dog God.
It's so cute!
I bought the jacket just like that (No≧ڡ≦)☆ last戌神丶kicksy san
I want to buy some too~.
There is also 卧龙梅 in China.
But you can't buy this 卧龙梅 in China.
It's a pity... きっしーMr. Last Dog God.
Coming to Shizuoka?
I think they sell them on the internet...
I don't know about China... sorry. last戌神丶きっしーsan
Great husband great husband (laughs) China these Japanese sake then indeed basically buy online
But I guess this one might be a Shizuoka-only one because it's really rare 😁 You can't even buy it in China either 😂 きっしーMr. Last Dog God.
The jacket is cute.
I'm sure there are others... (laughs) きっしーI also bought this today, but I won't drink it because I'm going to keep it on display for a while.
We also had a chat with the owner of the Suzuki Sake Shop. He seemed to be the same age as me, so we had a great time talking about otaku.
We usually buy sake based on the taste, but I think it's okay to buy the label if you're into manga.
I'll post an update on the taste of the sake when I open it with some food.
Everyone, please support Suzuki Shouten!

Shizuoka sake is basically a refreshing drink that is perfect for a meal. When I drink it, I like to serve it with a side dish that has a strong flavor.
I'd like to see more sake with fun labels like this.
