Today we have a bottle of one of Shizuoka's most famous sakes, "Garyubai", not so rare but with a different label!
That's right, the nerdy manager of the Suzuki Sake Shop, asked an illustrator to create an original illustration for this particular bottle! It's a wonderful moe sake (laughs)
Now, when you open the bottle, the melon-type ginjo aroma tickles your nose.
On the palate, the alcohol feeling is a bit strong but not bad. It's a typical Shizuoka sake that is by no means sweet. This is an easy sake to match with food. Today I had sashimi of warasa, stir-fried vegetables and chilled tofu! You can match it with stir-fried vegetables too. Yup.
Yes.

Good evening, Mr. Kitchee🌛
I think it takes a little courage to buy moe sake and bring it home
It takes a bit of courage to buy and bring home 😆.
It's not just a moe type, it's a type that accompanies your food😄.
