Yesterday, my wife and I went to Osaka City.
It's my birthday this month, so my wife is celebrating.
First, we had lunch.
We went to "Naniwa O" in Nishitenma, a favorite restaurant of my wife and me.
We love to have a combination of Soba and Sake, so we had a drink with Soba.
Unfortunately, I couldn't take a picture of the label on the bottle because they were busy, but it was my first time to drink sake from the brewery.
This sake was made by Noguchi Naohiko Laboratory.
This time it was junmai sake.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, the taste is refreshing.
It has a gentle spiciness with a traditional sake flavor.
There is a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste.
It is delicious.
I felt that it is a delicious sake that goes well with meals.
