Finally opened a bottle of Urakouji that I bought after drinking it at a tasting event at Sake Brewery Rakurakkasai 😊.
The freshness, moderate gasiness, and sweetness are very well balanced, and the sake has a nice sharpness that makes it easy to drink 🍸The alcohol content is also moderate at 14 degrees, so I drank it all at once 😆 It was delicious 😋.
