Kudokibe Bakuren Ginjo Super Dry. Well, there is no need to explain this one, as it is synonymous with dry sake. It has a nice sharpness and dryness. I can't get enough of it.

After work, today, I go to Ichigaya for a drink for the first time in a while. FUKU NO TORI Ichigaya Sotobori branch. Sometimes I feel like being taken care of here. On Friday night, the restaurant was almost full.
I started with a Mine-no-Hakubai Junmai Ginjo. It is refreshing and has a nice sharpness. The aroma is subtle, but it really stands out. A good sake to pair with chicken.

Urakasumi Junmai Dry. This is also delicious. It has a very nice dry taste. It is mellower on the palate than Kudoi Urakasumi, but there is a slight koji-like aroma and richness from the back. You can also feel the alcohol taste on the tip of your tongue.

Today we went to Fukunotori Ichigaya Sotobori Store, which is located near the moat in Ichigaya.
The first cup was Kudokibe Bakuren Ginjo Super Dry. As expected, it is crisp, dry, and smooth. It is safe to drink.
The directly managed store does not have the same lineup of sake as the franchise store, but they have a good selection of sake, so I have no complaints.
