Even though there are only a few Matsu Midori distributors, it is said that only a limited number of stores can handle this sake. I went to buy it as soon as it arrived at a liquor store in Osaka for the first time. It is a little gassy. As the description says, it has just the right balance of sweetness and acidity. It is exquisite. It's the type of sake that you don't get tired of drinking. It has a sweetness like Murayu with a touch of Wasanbon. A fusion of classic and modern? Maybe I like it better than Akatake NEWBORN OMACHI? The aftertaste is refreshing and tropical.

Good evening, Rafa 😃. Akabu is also delicious, but I felt the Matsumidori has a Japanese three-boned nuance like Murayu 😊. If you go there, please be careful as it has moved a bit from the address on the map 😁It's open on Sundays too!

The lees are apparently a special order item from the Inagoya Sake Shop. As I mentioned before, they only carry Matsu Midori and Asakayousei! Matsu Midori, in particular, is the only special distributor in the Kansai region. Please note that the restaurant has moved a bit far from the location indicated on the map, so visitors should be careful. The new location will be posted at the old location. I think I drank it in the wrong order because Kubota is too sweet... It's a little bit bitter and juicy with a little bitterness. It's like an adult calpis soda. It's not spicy, but the bitterness is more pronounced than the sweetness.

Good evening, Mr. Yucachin😄. There are only a few people drinking it and I guess it's a liquor that hasn't left the Kansai region 🤔There is a liquor here that is called "Minakagatarimine", can you read it? 🤣

I bought it at the only special agent in Kansai. The only local sake they sell is "Matsu Midori" and "Asakayoi". The impression is that it is fruity. The aftertaste seems to be bitter and sharp. I have the impression that Miyamanishiki has a strong bitter aftertaste, but is it right?
