The lees are apparently a special order item from the Inagoya Sake Shop. As I mentioned before, they only carry Matsu Midori and Asakayousei!
Matsu Midori, in particular, is the only special distributor in the Kansai region.
Please note that the restaurant has moved a bit far from the location indicated on the map, so visitors should be careful. The new location will be posted at the old location.
I think I drank it in the wrong order because Kubota is too sweet... It's a little bit bitter and juicy with a little bitterness. It's like an adult calpis soda.
It's not spicy, but the bitterness is more pronounced than the sweetness.
