It has a sweet aroma and is refreshing when drunk.
After drinking, you can feel the acidity.
It is delicious. I drank it cold and at room temperature, and it went down smoothly.
The sake level is +/- 0. I personally like the taste.
It is not too spicy nor too sweet.
After all, for a little less than 1,000 yen for a four-pack of sake, this taste is OK!
Tonight I served it with sliced yellowtail and salmon.
I still have some left, so I'll have it warmed up today. 湘南の漢It's supposed to be cold, room temperature, or heated.
I don't like it cold. I personally don't like it when it's cold.
When I warmed it up, it became softer and the miscellaneous flavors that I was worried about disappeared, so I personally prefer it warmed up.
It is dry and goes well with salty foods. 湘南の漢It was dry and didn't have much of an aftertaste.
