It is made from a slightly special sake rice called "Shunyo," and was very tasty, with a muscat-like flavor and a firm aftertaste that matched well with the gusto of Nakashimaya. I was glad to be able to serve it to everyone in the seminar.
I had an image of Oumine as being sweet with a strong aftertaste, but this was not the case, and the flavor was like muscat or melon, followed by a refreshing flavor that slipped through. It was delicious.
The first sake I bought and drank
It had the richness of orikara, but also the freshness of nama, with a great aftertaste.
Next time I want to drink blue!
