From the aroma I imagined it would be dry, but it wasn't that hot and had a nice balance of sweetness. I had it at room temperature, but I thought it might be good to warm it up a bit. It was a set of three bottles for a tour of famous places, so I think I'll enjoy it in different ways.

At first it smelled like bread. The taste is sour and sweet, more like wine than sake. However, it has the aroma and sweetness of rice in the back, which is a bit strange. The alcohol content was 12 degrees, so it was easy to drink. Personally, I recommend it.
