#4 Amaneko
I forgot the rice polishing ratio etc.
I think it was very easy to drink and had a clear taste.
I don't remember much about this one either, so I'd like to try it with No.6 of the same Shinsei.
#3 Tsukiyoshino
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Produced in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture
Delicious. I don't remember much about it, so I want to drink it again.

Rice polishing ratio 65
Imadaiji Sake Brewery
1-1 Kagamigaoka, Chuo-ku, Niigata
This sake is made in a wooden vat.
I don't know what changes when it is made in a wooden vat.
The flavor is more like "sake" than "f40".
The label is cute.
#1 f40
Pure rice ratio 40%.
Masukagami Corporation
1-1-32 Wakamiya-cho, Kamo City, Niigata Prefecture
Very easy to drink.
It is fruity, which may be an exaggeration, but if I were to describe it only in terms of smell, I would say it is wine.
The story of how this wine was made is also interesting.
