As soon as you open the bottle, it goes down your throat like water. The sharpness is so good that it is swallowed in a flowing manner, and it is so impressive that you may feel that you are lacking. The name probably means that if you notice you are drinking too much, you will be cut down. It is dangerous. It's more dangerous after the second day, when it becomes more assertive. I prefer it to the one just after opening the bottle.

This sake is from Akiruno City, Tokyo. The label looks like a junmai-shu, which I already like. First, drink it cold. You can feel the umami of the rice, and it goes down your throat smoothly. It is easy to drink orthodoxly, and it is a delicious sake that goes well with snacks. After about two days, I heated it up. It's a sake that tastes better when it's heated. It's also good cold, though. The spiciness that comes later disappears, and it becomes a sake that you can enjoy by rolling the mellow umami underneath. Delicious. It's not flashy, but it's a stable sake. It can be served cold or warm.
