YAMAMOTO Pure Black
It was discovered in Shinjuku Isetan. It is said that it is the sake of Akita which is not handled so much in Tokyo.
It is refreshing and a favorite feeling though taste is firm and aroma is rich. Moreover, the package is quite cool.
It will be my favorite.

This was introduced to me at Isetan Shinjuku when I ordered something that was dry but also had the taste of sake.
It is indeed dry, but it has a good flavor. The sweetness and the glamour are suppressed. It's refreshing.
