Purchased at Otsukaya, Musanoseki. They say it is good with white sashimi. +3-4 Can be served cold or warmed. Recommended temperature for heated sake is 5-60 degrees Celsius. Said to have a low alcohol smell, but slightly questionable when drunk at room temperature.

Purchased at Otsukaya, Musanoseki. Goes well with red sashimi. Well-balanced, round sake. Said to have a mellow taste. It is said to have a hard to detect alcohol smell, but I have my doubts on that point. It can be enjoyed at room temperature or cold.
