special order from Iwaya The description of the store said it was a blend of two kinds of sake, so I ordered it to see what it was like. I had originally seen a story about this brewery in some magazine. It was fruity, easy to drink, and had a delicious sweetness. It had a refreshing aftertaste that made me want to drink more and more.

On my way home from Kyoto, I bought this sake as a souvenir from Kuranosuke's parents' house. It is a junmai daiginjo, which means it has a delicious sweetness and umami flavor of rice. However, it has a slightly woody aroma? I think it has a woody flavor. It also has a strong sake throat feeling. It seems to go well with strong-flavored snacks, but today I drank it with aji-no-Tataki.
