It said "Hatsu Shibori" on it. I don't remember the flavour in detail, but I do remember it was delicious. I should've taken a proper picture of the 🏠.
I think it went really well with the sashimi!
We also had some skewers of white meat (very rare and delicious), wasabi cream pasta, and many other dishes.
Let's learn more about sake so we can get to know it better!
