I was a bit worried because I had just recently had a Kaiun Junmai Nama Nama Sake for the first time in a long time, but I believed the pop-up at my usual liquor store that said it was "one of our top best every year"....
Compared to the last Junmai Namaizu, the taste did not disappoint, with a more subdued flavor that still had Kaiun's character.
