#Don't stop Noto's sake! TANIZEN #YOSHIDAGURAu Collaboration brew A collaboration brew with Yoshida Brewery using Tanizumi Junmai Ginjo Hyakumangoku No Shiro, which was unable to be sold due to the Noto earthquake. It has just the right amount of acidity, yet the sweetness is refreshing.

Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake This sake was recommended to us by the owner of Fukuya Ozaki Shoten, located at Tennocho Station on the Sotetsu Line. I told him that I liked Eiko Fuji, also by Yamagata Fuji Shuzo, and he took me to their warehouse and introduced me to this sake. It has a more crisp and clean taste than Eiko Fuji, but it also has a sweetness that is just right. Today we had it with arare (Japanese horseradish). The lineup at Fukuya Ozaki Shoten is fantastic! I must go back to buy some more.
