Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
This sake was recommended to us by the owner of Fukuya Ozaki Shoten, located at Tennocho Station on the Sotetsu Line. I told him that I liked Eiko Fuji, also by Yamagata Fuji Shuzo, and he took me to their warehouse and introduced me to this sake.
It has a more crisp and clean taste than Eiko Fuji, but it also has a sweetness that is just right. Today we had it with arare (Japanese horseradish).
The lineup at Fukuya Ozaki Shoten is fantastic! I must go back to buy some more.
