It is not written on the label, but according to the liquor store's explanation, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made from Omachi. It was purchased together with Tsururei Nigori at Tanaka Shoten. It has a fresh taste like a nama-shu, and the sweetness and spiciness are in balance. Refreshing and fruity. Gentle sweetness with a sense of thickening.

I've been missing out on buying it for a long time and over the past 2 years? I've been missing out on it for two years. I bought it at Tanaka Shoten near JR Ibaraki Station. It was my first visit. The brands handled were Tsururei, Kikuhime, Yukinubai, Urakasumi, Koroh, Shimehari Tsuru, Nanbu Bijin, Seikagami, Masumi, Dewazakura, Drunken Sen, Fukuju, Tosatsuru, Choryu, Tateyama, Manjusen, Gekkeikan Densho, Sake Isshuji, etc. I was scared to open the bottle because I heard it was very gassy 😅. I heard it used to be a stopper with a hole in it, so maybe they weakened the gas? Fruity and sweet but dry and bitter. I think I prefer Miyazumi.
