All are sake from Tohoku.
One of them is Iwate's Akatake.
I enjoyed drinking this sake last year.
Rice: 100% Sake Mirai
Polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 15
Tangy and fizzy on the tongue
and a fresh mouthfeel.
Fruity but not too sweet.
The acidity is pleasant and has a nice sharpness.
This sake was delicious when I drank it last year.
It is still delicious.
Leaving at 5 a.m. for leisure after a long time.
When I arrived home, the Czech game was over.
We were not cheering for the Czechs, but celebrating.
Three consecutive wins!
