Don't let the pick label fool you. This is a strong and rather dry sake. It is an alcohol added sake but I love it. Aroma is gorgeous. Strong and fruity. Flavor is full with slight sweetness and umami followed by crisp and dry finish. It is rather refreshing. Hachinohe Shuzo produces environmentally friendly sake.
