Toyo Bijin by Sumikawa Shuzojo!
This time it was Jihonbeni!
I had only ever had Toyo Bijin at Jyundo Ittou, so I thought it was rare and got it!

The first day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, your brain reacts with a beautiful sweetness and a bit of fruity flavor.
After that, there is a refreshing bitter taste.
It has a clean taste with a refreshing sweetness and a slight bitterness lingering in the mouth.
It is easy to drink and delicious!
When served with a meal, the bitterness is also felt well, so it does not disturb the meal too much.
The second day
Not too sweet and fruity in the mouth.
The spiciness and bitterness spread in the mouth from the mid-palate.
A little bit of alcohol gives it a kick.
When served with a meal, it is sweet and pungent with a touch of alcohol.
5th day
When you put it in your mouth, a beautiful sweetness spreads quickly, with a slight spiciness, bitterness and alcohol.
Overall, it seems to have become milder.
