This is Kanae: ☺️
The face on this label, Sake no Wa, is what I think Choroki-san looks like at the moment: ☝️
It smells sweet...a little bit like muscat or melon, but there's an added bittersweetness to it.
The sweetness on the palate is sugar-like, and then there is a slight astringency and bitterness like a tea.
After that, the lingering flavor lingers on the tongue for a while. The feeling it leaves on the tongue is unique, but in general it is delicious 😋.
The taste is somewhat similar to Miyamanishiki from Shinshu Kamerei ☺️ There is no sake rice description, but I wonder what they use🤔.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a new one or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have a new one.
