Yesterday I took a one-day business trip to Ueda City.
Naturally, I included Okazaki Sake Brewery on the way.
Following last month, I got Shinshu Kamerei.
It is said to be brewed with Kinmon-nishiki, a fantastic sake rice.
I invited a couple of friends over for an evening drink at my house, so I quickly chilled it in the freezer and drank it.
It has a fruity aroma and elegant sweetness.

We tasted it slowly like a wine.
There is still a Mari bottle (label designed by Okazaki-san's daughter) in the fridge. I am looking forward to it 😎.
