しぇり〜In December, we drink a lot of Shinsei 🙂.
The fourth sake is this one!
Ten Frog 10th Anniversary Sake.
Today is my birthday, so I will open a bottle of good sake 😆😆.
Tenkaeru is the most hard to find sake in the "PRIVATE LAB" series.
Moreover, it is a limited edition sake that Shinsei sold as a set with a "Tenkaeru glass" to commemorate its 10th anniversary. The serial number was 731/2342.
It comes with a glass designed by sommelier Eiji Wakabayashi and made by Kimura Glass Shop exclusively for Tenkaeru.
I got it last year, but I was too lazy to drink it and put it aside.
I let it sit a little too long, but I wonder what it tastes like🙄 ?
It's like apple... but not so sweet... it's more acidic but not like vinegar, it's citrusy and sour like lemon. The aftertaste is a little bitter, like grapefruit🙂.
Not many people would think it's sake after drinking it.
It's really insanely delicious!
I like it the best in the Private Lab series and maybe even better than No.6 🤔.
Tenfrog is too good 😂.

It's my birthday and I want to drink a special sake! Tenkaeru is my favorite sake from Shinsei, so I took the plunge and opened a bottle 😌 but it's low in alcohol content and will run out soon 😅.

It seems to be the 10th anniversary of Ten Frog. It comes with a special glass for Ten Frog! But it was quite expensive 😅I couldn't drink it and kept it for a year 😌.

Tenagashi is one of the hardest sake to get hold of in Shinsei! It would be great if they made more of it, but rumor has it that Shinsei has been cutting back on overall shipments lately 💦 I don't know 😁.

This is the only spark in the regular Niimasa sake lineup. It's juice-like but with many different flavors, Tenagara is not a flavor that can be replicated in juice 🤔 Looking forward to the next Christmas spark 🥂.

しぇり〜WOM, I store my sake CABINET at -5 degrees. But the flax cat spark and No.6 I had on the top shelf froze and exploded in the fridge 😅 since then I try to keep my important liquors in the middle shelf 🤔.
