Slightly white wine-like aroma, acidic and muscat-like flavor, woody somehow.
And the bitterness is quite strong 😳.
On the 2nd to 4th day, the acidity gradually settles down and the sweetness becomes more balanced.
On the 4th day, the bitterness is almost gone.
I preferred the 3rd day, which is like a good combination of white wine and sake 😊.
Almost Colors, but I enjoyed it a lot in a year!
