Kangiku and Ginkai were opened 🎉.
I am a cold chrysanthemum mama today 💕
This is a rare occasion for me to post ⁉️ cold chrysanthemum in a row 😆.
This time, I selected Ginkai from among the chrysanthemums in the traffic jam to be fresh once in a while....
I opened the bottle of Ginkai first, because I was confused with Shiro Ginkai!
Actually, I didn't have a good impression of Ginkai last year😅.
I'll drink it again this year, even though I'm a little worried 🥂.
First, the aroma!
The aroma is a little subdued but gorgeous!
When I put it in my mouth, I first felt the fresh and clear watery sensation.
Then, I felt the gorgeous sweetness, and then I felt the new sake-like gasiness and a faint astringent taste, and then it was quickly quenched.
No bitterness or pungency.
Wow 😮💨 I can't get enough of the piquant freshness typical of new sake 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
It's definitely better than last year 🙌!
Last year it was less sweet and more bitter...
That's totally different this year, and! The water is beautiful ☝️
Kangiku has a unique sweet and watery taste, but this clear taste has never been there before❗️
I wonder why... strange 🧐.
Maybe it's another evolution? 🤔
It turned out so delicious, as expected of Kangiku-sama💕.
It's a promising start to this season's evolution early in the new sake season 👌.
I'll have to do a comparison with Shiraginkai as soon as possible😘.
Kangiku is the best ❤️
