December 21 is my wife's birthday 🎂.
What do you want? I asked her what she wanted and she said she had been wanting to eat at Tondo for a while, so I called the restaurant and had her take out 😁.
I knew I wanted to pair the food made with local ingredients with a good sake, so I opened a bottle of sake with a versatile flavor and had a glass of sake 🍶.
Nabeshima Special Junmai Namaishu

The aroma is sweet like muscat, the mouthfeel is slightly sweet and mellow with a lingering aftertaste that finishes with a slight bitterness on the tongue.

Slight aroma of rice with a hint of white grapes, soft sweetness and umami, and a pleasant aftertaste.
Long time "Nabeshima" home drinking ✨.
I bought this one at Takakura when I was in Osaka for the Sakegawa Off-line Meeting the other day, after Aladdin told me about a distributor in Osaka 😁.
I was so impressed with the number of "Nabeshima" bottles on the shelves that I asked the clerk if there was a limit on the number of bottles I could buy. I was so surprised that I asked the shop assistant if there was a purchase limit.
I bought another specs, so I will open it around the beginning of the year 🤔.
The 4th one I found when I went to a stationery store to buy Christmas presents for my daughters 🎄🎁 [calendar with the month's age] I want one, but I can't spend 6,000 yen 💦.

We walked from Miyakojima station to Kyobashi, but there were some izakayas we were interested in, and we will be back again!
