Deliciously rich and sweet.
It has acidity, so it's not too bitter and has a nice sharpness.
It's delicious with sweetness from the beginning because it's been aged for a year 🤔.
The second day, the taste became more balanced!
The sweetness is just right and the taste is refreshing.
It's like a haze disappears and it's so refreshing!
On the 3rd to 4th day, the sweetness has settled down and the umami is felt.
