It's been a long time since I've had a birthplace👍. Nice white grape-like aroma 😆. Very petite and soft in the mouth. The way it pops is like a big carbonated drink ☺️ It has a sweetness reminiscent of white grapes and melon, with a light umami flavor. Very easy to drink sparkling wine 🍾. Delicious 😆. The bitterness from the gassy feeling comes through the throat quickly and refreshingly. I think it goes best with cheese and prosciutto ham. It doesn't go well with sake-like food at all. And since sake yeast is best heated ‼️, let's try heating up some San-do: ‼️ Warmed to lukewarm The attack of fruity acidity and gasiness is pleasant, this is good 😋 If you don't like acidity, this is good🤣I can also feel the umami of the rice 😋. Hot sake It has a huge white foam 😳. It's like a shuwa shuwa hot wine? It's so sweet 😂 too sweet and not good for me personally? Warmed and cooled A little bit sweeter and I personally like it 😋. Warmed sake goes better with cheese and prosciutto than cold sake 😆 Saltiness of the entrée and sweetness of the native soil mix nicely 👍 I like cold sake the best, it's like a juice and easy to drink, but lukewarm or warmed sake is a little more like sake.

Hi Manachy 😃 Heating up the birthplace: ⁉️ Wow ✨Wow, lukewarm, that review sounded so good that I'm going to take the plunge and warm it up the next time I get it. I had never thought of heating it up at all, so that was an eye opener 😆.

Wakata-san, good evening 🌇I know I'm going to get slammed by Sansho fans, but the sake is heated 🤣It adds a bit of sweetness, so it may not be to your liking, but it's worth a try 🎶.

Good evening Harry...I went to the distributor to buy another sake and happened to find it there. ☺️ I'm going to try to see how far I can go with warming up the sake! I'll have to buy some Niimasa to heat up 🤣.

Comrade Manachy, good evening 🌆. I'm not sure if I would have heated up the sake if it was a sake made from the traditional sake yeast. I'm impressed that you can warm it up without hesitation👍. I'd like to drink some San-do now: ❗️

Good evening, Mr. Manachy! I see you have been heating various kinds of sake lately! But still luxurious 😆👍Is the sourness of tepid heating different from sourness?

Good morning, Manachie 😃. You are drinking good sake 😋It's true that sansho seems to go better with western food than Japanese food😊I don't dare to try heated sake 😅.
